Aysenur Yükselal Aji is a marketing and growth leader with over a decade of experience across traditional finance, fintech and crypto.

Her career has evolved alongside major technological shifts—from traditional banking and payment systems to blockchain, decentralized finance and crypto. Across these transitions, she has focused on making complex innovation accessible, credible and commercially successful.

She currently serves as Director of Marketing & Growth at Bybit for Europe and regulated markets, where she built the growth engine across more than 30 countries spanning the EU, MENA, Turkey and emerging regulated regions.

Prior to this, she was Vice President of Marketing & Growth at Bitstamp, leading global go-to-market strategy, brand positioning and growth across Europe, the US and APAC for one of the industry's most trusted and regulated exchanges.

Her core strength lies in translating technically complex products into clear, compelling narratives that connect product, brand and growth — resonating with both retail and institutional audiences.

Aysenur brings a truly international perspective, shaped by working across diverse business cultures — from emerging markets such as Turkey to highly regulated European environments, hyper-growth organizations in the US and the fast-paced execution culture of Asia.
